Wisdom of Trees: Imprints

Vibrant Memories is a series of printmaking monotypes created in celebration of my late husband. The layers for these prints were created through an intimate process of documenting personal artifacts and meaningful objects from our shared life, then abstracting and superimposing the images on top of each other with various printmaking methods including woodblock and screen printing. The results are densely layered compositions representing the vibrant, fragmented memory of our time together.
